• To maintain and enhance professional development and academic quality through the management of an in-house teacher development program and support
• To promote and ensure quality teaching and effective learning of English
• To provide learners with supportive and adaptive learning experience

• Plan and deliver high-quality English language lessons which meet the needs of different customer groups, taking into account individual learning styles – up to the number of contracted teaching hours.
• Monitor progress and provide regular oral and written feedback to help manage students’ performance throughout IELTS courses and actively promote learner autonomy and a sense of progress.
• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of IELTS courses, materials, and related services, in order to meet student’s needs by actively working as a member of the teaching team.
• Complete teaching-related administrative tasks to specified standards
• Actively engage in professional development and performance management to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning.
• Contribute to the student’s personal development.
• Assist IE&Co in delivering excellent customer service and upholding IE&Co’s values.

• CELTA/ TESOL
• Undergraduate/University degree in any discipline

• Masters in ELT or related field
• IELTS 7.5 and above

• At least 2 years relevant teaching experience post qualification.
• Experience in teaching relevant courses: TOEIC, TOEFL, SAT, IELTS

• Teacher Training experience e.g. CELTA, Distance DELTA tutoring
• Experience in managing teachers’ performance and line management experience

• Salary: $2.880 up to $3.200
